In short, when you enter your card number or banking information to make a purchase on our Splahoo.fr website, you are actually transmitting it to Stripe in complete security.

We do not accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

All our products are made to order especially for you within 2 to 4 days.

Then you have to count the shipping time:

In France the delay is 2 to 3 working days.
In the European Union the announced delay is 3 to 10 working days
In the rest of the world, the delay is 5 to 14 working days

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Damaged product

For the fastest resolution, please email us immediately with pictures of the damaged product, your order number and any other details you may have regarding your order.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You can return your damaged order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package.

To do so, you just have to :

• Send us the product properly packaged to avoid any damage.
• Send us a letter or a note with all the information of the damaged product (specifying the reference), name and complete address to the following address

For damaged products, the return costs will be at our charge.

Returns are processed within 10 days of receipt of the package.
